Partnership
A formal acknowledgment of your selected partnership structure with Jessica M. Reese — Strategic Advisor & Brand Architect.
Scope
The Advisor will provide strategic counsel, structural guidance, and execution support consistent with the selected engagement structure above. Deliverables, cadence, and milestones will be confirmed during the kickoff session.
Term & Commitment
This agreement is effective on the date of countersignature and remains in force for the commitment period associated with the selected option. Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days written notice after the initial commitment period.
Payment
Fees are invoiced in advance of each service period. Payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice. The first invoice is issued upon execution of this agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties will hold all proprietary, financial, and strategic information shared in the course of this engagement in strict confidence. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Independent Capacity
The Advisor serves as an independent strategic consultant and not as an employee, partner, or agent of the Client's organization.
